Sunrise Golf League
Looking for a way to get some extra golf in during the work week? We've got the answer for you – the Sunrise Golf League.
This is the third year for the 9-hole league for men that play on Tuesday mornings with a 6:30am shotgun start. If you ask any of last year's teams they will tell you it's one of the best times they have all year at the club while also allowing them to do what we all want—play a little more golf!
PGA Junior League
If you have a child between the ages of 7-13, make sure they are part of the fastest-growing sports league in the country – PGA Junior League Golf!
Our teams of junior players will play a 6-match schedule versus other teams from throughout Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts in an effort to see who truly has the best team of kids.
After School Golf
Just because the kids are in school doesn't mean they can't play golf! Beginning Tuesday May 9th and running through Thursday June 15th, juniors can get their pre-season training in before school lets out for the summer.
Sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays and are a great after-school activity here at the club.
Junior Golf School
Our golf clinics are designed to teach and refine the basic fundamentals and etiquette of the game to the junior golfer aged 7 & up. Each session will focus on a specific aspect of the game, including: Rules of Golf, Etiquette, Putting, Chipping, Iron Play, Bunker Play, Driver Play, etc. with time reserved in each session for short game and development of motor skills.
Swim Lessons by PODS
At Pods swimming, we teach infants and toddlers to be happy and comfortable swimming underwater. They will learn to breathe underwater. This will help them in emergency situations not to panic and ingest water. We also teach them to swim, float, swim. The emphasis is placed on swimming forward, rolling to their backs for a breath, holding a oat, and then rolling back to their stomachs.
Summer Tennis Programs
All programs begin the week of June 27th and end August 19th. For Juniors programs pick any combination of 3, 6 or 8 weeks to fit your family's summer schedule!
Kirkbrae Swim Team
The Kirkbrae swim team mission is to provide the proper stroke technique to the Kirkbrae community. We place emphasis on proper body position, efficient kicking and learning to swim forward by creating the minimal resistance. We strive on creating good sportsmanship, perseverance and determination.
