HOLE 1
PAR 4
Easy welcome hole. Keep the ball right center or you will be blocked out. Beware; a big drive pushed right
can
reach the 11th tee.
HOLE 2
PAR 4
Drive the ball over the hill on the right and you will safely come back into the fairway. Go left...and you're bye-bye. Make sure the foursome in front has cleared out before hitting your tee shot. For safety, park a cart in view of the tee until you've cleared the landing zone for drives.
HOLE 3
PAR 5
You need a straight drive. Your second shot will feed to the right, play for position. Large green - don't miss it right or you will make new friends and a triple bogie.
HOLE 4
PAR 3
Easy Par 3, but don't miss right (OB).
HOLE 5
PAR 4
Accuracy is essential on this tee shot, better to be short and straight. Green breaks left.
HOLE 6
PAR 4
Drive the ball to left center and make it long. Avoid being above the hole.
HOLE 7
PAR 4
Water on right, just beyond the willow tree. Green is deep (don't miss it) and breaks away from the clubhouse.
HOLE 8
PAR 4
Hit the "Big Dog" here, second shot falls away right when you don't reach the green; OB long.
HOLE 9
PAR 3
Hit one extra club, short shots will roll back at you and off the green, mockingly. If you go left make sure EVERYONE on the driving range knows you're there. Avoid being above the hole (your second warning!)
HOLE 10
PAR 4
Try to ignore the water. Flirt with the traps on the left, if you dare, but be in the fairway. Hard to hold this green. Long, daring hitters may go over the trees. (Swing Thought: Forget about the water hazard!)
HOLE 11
PAR4
Second shot may run through the green if not hit high enough.
HOLE 12
PAR 5
Birdie hole if you hit a good drive, a fine second shot, a great pitch and one putt. Long hitters maymake it in two, but be sure the green is clear before you hit the second over the rise and down the long slope toward the green.
HOLE 13
PAR 4
OB on left claims many victims who miss this green. A lot of laughs for all, if you're putting from abovethe hole (third warning!)
HOLE 14
PAR 5
Drive on right side of fairway with 3 or 5 wood. 190-yard shot landing left center fairway may go OB. If you reach this green in two, quit your day job. Water on the right of the green - use on extra club on the up hill approach to the elevated green.
HOLE 15
PAR 3
Easy par 3, but we bet you can't save par if you fly the green. Shout "fore" if you go left and long. Bring the club you will use for your next tee shot to the green.
HOLE 16
PAR 4
Harder than it looks. Leave your driver in the bag. You won't par if you're right of the tree.
HOLE 17
PAR 3
The sprinkler head, not the marker, gives correct yardage from the tee. (Or is it the other way around?)
HOLE 18
PAR 4
Another chance for the Big Dog! Six lane fairway, but there's that... tree... Second shots that go right shall be wet.
