Your wedding day is more than just a special day; it is a special event that can cover many days. Kirkbrae Country Club is here to ensure that all of those days are extraordinarily special. Whether it is your bridal shower, rehearsal dinner or wedding ceremony and wedding reception, Kirkbrae has the wedding reception facilities and banquet facilities to make a wedding event a memorable one for all. Recently renovated, Kirkbrae Country Club was selected by bridal readers of "The Knot" for Top Wedding Professionals in 2009 and for Best Reception Sites in 2008, some of the most discerning critics.
Starting with your bridal shower or rehearsal dinner, our intimate Charcoal Room can accommodate up to 45 guests. Here you can start your wedding celebration with select guests, family members and friends. On the day of your magical event right up to the ceremony, the bride can spend some personal time with bridesmaids in one of our bride's rooms complete with private restroom.
For that special day, Kirkbrae can help you with every detail. As soon as you start thinking about your wedding day and wedding reception, our wedding coordinator will be with you every step of the way. Our wedding consultants can help you in selecting the right ballroom for your reception for up to 400 guests. Kirkbrae can then add all the appropriate amenities from linens, table settings to glassware and formal arrangements through our select list of preferred vendors who offer a wide selection to choose from. Naturally you can choose from your own vendors and with Kirkbrae's new decor you can easily add your own personal special touch. And to capture it all in a loving lasting memory, we can point you in the direction of appropriate wedding photographers.
On the outside, you and your guests will be able to take in the beautiful vistas of the Blackstone Valley from our panoramic patio overlooking Kirkbrae's championship golf course. Should you desire to have your wedding ceremony outside, our tented veranda creates a perfect setting overlooking the natural splendor of the Blackstone Valley. You can also have your wedding photographer take picture perfect photographs of the wedding couple and wedding party against the backdrop of our beautifully manicured seasonal bridal garden.
When it comes time to start the celebration, our fully staffed bars can mix-up any cocktail or libation that your guests desire, accompanied by a distinctive array of passed hors d'oeuvres. After that, your guest will be seated to enjoy the culinary skills of Kirkbrae's award winning chef and banquet staff. With a broad array of appetizers, soups, salads, and entrées to choose from, your wedding reception guests will be surely treated to an exquisite meal.
