For a smaller meeting or event, Kirkbrae offers our Charcoal Room for corporate off-sites or smaller special events from 25 to 45 guests. Our Charcoal Room creates a setting similar to corporate board rooms for guests to get down to business. For a more celebratory event such as an anniversary, baby or bridal shower, bar and bat mitzvahs or family celebration, the Charcoal Room makes for a formal intimate setting.
If you have larger needs then our selection of ballrooms can easily accommodate your meeting requirements of up to 400 guests. Easily divisible into smaller meeting rooms with capacities for 150 to 225 guests and meeting attendees, Kirkbrae's meeting facilities are the perfect solution for larger events. All come with bar set-ups and views of the Blackstone Valley. Our South Ballroom complete with dance floor also extends out onto our private balcony overlooking Kirkbrae's 18-hole championship golf course. The North East Ballroom, also with its own dance floor, offers guests the opportunity to take advantage of our exterior tented patio with views of Kirkbrae's professionally manicured seasonal grounds.
